Follow the instructions in the panel to redeem your points and receive your coupon via email.
Fair use policy:
PJ Points are valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date they are earned. If they are not redeemed within this time, they will expire and be removed from your account balance.
All redeemed coupons are valid for 12 months from the date of redemption. Once a coupon has been redeemed this is final. This will be deducted from the value of any returned items.
The PJ Points earned on any returned items will be deducted from your points balance.
PJ Points cannot be added to your account balance retroactively.
